Mr. Merrick R. Domnitz: At Domnitiz & Skemp we handle all types of personal injury cases. Because we are only a three person firm, the principles in our law firm are always directly involved in each and every individual client's matter. I am not always going to be able to tell you exactly what you want to hear about your case, but I am always going to tell you the truth about what's going on and what your prospects are. Obviously our goal in every personal injury case is to see to it that our clients are treated fair and equitably under the law, for some people that means receiving the full blown jury trial, for others it means getting the case resolved short of trial. The point is what's best for the client is what is our guiding beacon in handling every case. We approach our cases as if they're going to trial because if that's what it takes to get the most just and equitable resolution for our clients then we are prepared to take every case to trial. I think the difference in our firm from many other firms is our experience in the courtroom and our track record when we do end up in front of a jury.
