Noah D. Domnitz
Noah D. Domnitz is an associate attorney and an exciting addition to the law firm of Domnitz & Skemp, S.C. He is a Milwaukee native who holds a very special place in his heart for the city as well as the entire state of Wisconsin.
Noah’s practice focuses exclusively on representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. His practice areas include: all varieties of automobile and truck accidents; wrongful deaths; insurance bad faith; and other general negligence matters.
Noah received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005. While at UW, he was given a Dean's Scholarship to attend the Washington Semester Program at American University in Washington D.C. While living in Washington D.C., Noah worked in the Capitol Hill office of United States Senator Russell D. Feingold.
Upon graduation from the UW, Noah enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, FL. While at UM, Noah earned Honors in the nationally recognized Litigation Skills Program designed by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He also participated in the law school's abroad program based at University College London, where he studied the law of International Trade as well as Comparative Law. Noah graduated law school a full semester ahead of his class; a testament to his sincere interest in pursuing a legal career.
In addition to working at Domnitz & Skemp, S.C., Noah serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization which provides discounted legal services to low income individuals in Milwaukee. He takes great pride in volunteering with several non-profit organizations and being an active member of Milwaukee’s community.
As the son of Domnitz & Skemp's Senior Partner, Noah has been exposed to issues faced by plaintiffs in personal injury cases since a very young age. He is well known throughout the plaintiffs bar (WAJ) and holds great promise as a leader of a new generation of lawyers dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals injured at the hands of others. He is slated to become Chair of the WAJ’s New Lawyers Division in 2013.
Noah has authored several articles, editorials, and blog entries pertaining to the rights of injured individuals. His writings have appeared in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, The Verdict, and the Stand Up For Your Rights blog.
Noah lives in downtown Milwaukee and is an avid sports fan. He is dedicated to the Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Miami Hurricanes. He remains very active in the political community and is excited about continuing his career as a trail lawyer in Milwaukee.
